It is very unnecessary as the players know itвЂ™s a different skin of the same heroes. On that note though, for me, itвЂ™s fine if youвЂ™re having lore for every single hero but in my opinion, itвЂ™s kind of overshoot when they even put in lore for the alternate avatars. There is some story and lore but itвЂ™s really have no importance to the game. Well it certainly not applicable here as this is a MOBA game. So, I just put up the HoN Top 5 Plays of the Month by Scumbag Network (Used to be Top 5 Plays of the Week, but they are getting less submission nowadays). IвЂ™m unable (more to lazy) to find a good video showcasing the flashy skills of HoN.

Take note that you can truly enjoyed the graphics if you have a quite good PC as some friends that IвЂ™ve known have to play at lower settings with all the flashy skills. HoN also offers some realistic graphics of their maps on the tree details and water reflection. I personally liked it but some people found that itвЂ™s too bright and makes their PC lag. With the flashy skills, itвЂ™s also makes the games pace feels somewhat faster. For example, even a simple slow aura from Jeraziah (HoN version of Omnknight from DotA) is visually shown to show that the hero is under the aura effect. On the flashy skills, I am amazed on how detail they are making it. DotA 2 has a slight cartoon-ish feeling when I played it (again, just my personal opinion) while HoN offers a more darker experience but with a flashy skills. IвЂ™ve played DotA for a short while and I still prefer HoN. The graphic for HoN in my personal opinion is better than DotA 2 even though DotA 2 was released after HoN was released. Since this game is heavily inspired by DotA, this review might very much comparing HoN with DotA 2. Not sure how it work though.ДЄpparently, this game is a major success in Thailand and it safe to say about 80% players in SEA is from there. We used to able to select the servers that we wanted to play on with the risk of lag but now I can only choose Singapore and Malaysia servers only while occasionally IвЂ™ll see some Thais and Pinoys players in our servers. However, for SEA, the servers was split to Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, etc. I am from SEAВ and never played the international version. The game was quite famous when it was first released but now it was barely heard of as most of the players have left the game and I believed when to DotA 2.Д«asically, this game has 2 version the international version and the South East Asia (SEA) version. This was the first MOBA game by S2 and now was acquired by Frostburn, a subsidiary game development and publishing studio owned by Garena. However, when the game is growing, they keep introducing new heroes that are more unique compare to others. At first, most of the heroes was also taken from DotA with some minor tweaks in the skills. Heroes of Newerth (HoN) is a Multiplayer Online Battle Arena (MOBA) and was inspired by DotA. IвЂ™ve playing this game for 4 years now.В The game was kinda unpopular for the past couple of years but I am still loving it. IвЂ™ve played this game for quite sometime now.
